BET has a lot of interesting offerings for the new year with "Let's Stay Together" being just one of them. LST is about two couples and their relationships. One couple Bert Belasco and Nadine Ellis are newlyweds. Erica Hubbard (lincoln heights) plays Belasco's free spiritied younger sister who works at the DMV.
Joyful Drake plays a housewife and mother of two twins while Ronreaco Lee (who was tyreke scott on sister sister) plays her ambituous lawyer husband. The show looks promising and has a great cast of experienced actors.
Hopefully "the game" and "let's stay together" will start a trend of black shows on television. Back in the '90s/early '00s there were lots of black shows: soul food, martin, in the house, girlfriends, etc. So let's see how this show does!
